Welcome to the Customer Service website! The District Customer Service team is dedicated to providing each resident with friendly, accurate, and quality customer service. Known as the Districts’ “One-Stop” location, residents can access information about the community in which they live by simply calling, stopping in, or exploring what our website has to offer.

Services available:

  • Replace Resident ID Cards:
    Lost, stolen, or damaged resident ID cards can be replaced for a $10.00 charge. Payment type accepted: Cash, Check, MasterCard/Visa. **Note** This does not apply to the new Replacement ID Card Program.   • Replace Gate Passes:
    When replacing gate passes, please bring all remaining gate passes as they are issued in sets of two. Lost or stolen gate passes will be replaced at a $15.00 charge per card. Payment type accepted: Cash, Check, MasterCard/Visa.
  • Pay Executive Trail Fees:
    In addition to the Regional Recreation Centers, Executive Trail Fees can be paid at the Customer Service Center. Payment type accepted: Cash, Check, MasterCard/Visa. The fees are as follows:
    Household Annual Trail Fee: $132.00 + $9.24 tax = $141.24
    Household 6-month Trail Fee: $99.00 + $6.93 tax = $105.93
    Priority Member Annual Trail Fee: $99.00 + $6.93 tax = $105.93
    Priority Member 6-month Trail Fee: $74.24 + $5.20 tax = $79.44
  • Obtain Guest Passes:
    The Customer Service Center has been added as an additional location where residents can both come in and obtain guest passes and request them online for pick-up.
  • RV Rental Spaces:
    The District offers residents the opportunity to rent an RV space in two lots located in The Villages. The Industrial Lot offers 20, 30, 40, and 50 foot spaces for a monthly charge. The Alhambra Lot also offers 20, 30, and 40 foot spaces for the same monthly charge. Monthly RV rental fee will appear on your utility/amenity bill. For temporary or transitional spaces, residents can pay by cash, check or MasterCard/Visa.
  • Veterans Memorial Bricks:
    Memorial bricks can be purchased February 15 to March 31 each year to commemorate U.S. Veterans, both past and present. A dedication ceremony takes place at the Veterans Memorial Park each November 11, Veterans Day to honor all U.S. Veterans. Payment type accepted for Memorial bricks: Check.
  • Adopt-A-Bench:
    Memorial benches can be placed throughout The Villages to honor a loved one or to announce a club or organization’s participation in our community. The 4’ durable cast aluminum benches can be located along the multi-modal paths or in approved locations. Each bench features a plaque displaying a personalized message. The cost of the bench is $572.00 which includes the bench, freight, concrete slab, your plaque and installation. Plaque replacement on installed benches is $15.00. Payment type accepted: Cash, Check, MasterCard / Visa.
  • Purchase The Villages area map:
    The Villages area map can be purchased for a charge of $5.00 plus sales tax. Payment type accepted: Cash, Check, MasterCard/Visa.
  • Speak to Bond Specialist:
    Bond Specialists are available for questions relating to paying off your bond. For more information, they can be reached at 751-3900.
  • Amenity / Water Bill Customer Service Representatives:
    Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss your water and amenity bills. They can also be reached by telephone by calling 750-0000. Payment type accepted: Cash or Check.
