Please note: Florida has a very broad Public Records Law. Most written communications to or from State and Local Officials regarding State or Local business are public records available to the public and media upon request. Your email communications may therefore be subject to public disclosure.
Please note: Florida law prohibits the Board of Supervisors from communicating with residents about Deed Compliance or Architectural Review issues/cases. Please contact the Community Standards Department directly at deedcompliance@districtgov.org to report any concerns you might have.

Pay Utility Bill Online

Please review the following information before making an online payment or viewing your account balance.

As a convenience to our customers, we now offer the option of an on-line payment service using credit/debit cards, through a third party vendor, Municipay LLC.

Little Sumter Service Area, Village Center Service Area and North Sumter County Utility Dependent District have the option of using MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa.

Central Sumter Utility has the option of using MasterCard, Discover and Visa.

In order to use the credit/debit card option, you must agree to a 2.40% processing fee, or a minimum of $3.00, whichever is greater. The Village Center Community Development District does not collect, receive or retain any portion of this fee. It is strictly charged by Municipay LLC in order to provide this convenient service to you.

If you wish to proceed with an online credit/debit card payment you will click the link below and enter your account number, numbers only with the dashes, and put your complete Village Street address, as it appears on your bill, in the boxes provided on the left side.

Troubleshooting:

Enter in Top Box Account # (Numbers and Dashes Only) - 000-0000-00
Second Box is for Your Village Address - 111 SE 169th Palowina Loop

  • You do not put the beginning letter that appears in front of the account number. This is used only as a reference for staff to identify your water service provider.
  • If you are having difficulty drop the Loop, St, Ave, etc. from the address, dropping it sometimes allows the address to go through.
  • If you are having difficulty check your web browser security settings, sometimes these have been set at a higher level and dropping it down allows the access to occur.
  • Log In (Not Required) Section. This is used for those customers who have completed 2 steps: 1) made a payment through the Municipay LLC link, thus creating a Municipay LLC payment history and 2) having signed up through Municipay LLC to access that Log-in.
