Resident ID and Gate Card Information
Resident ID Cards
Replacement ID’s are available at the Customer Service Center at 3201 Wedgewood Lane, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents may be required to provide proof of identity (picture ID), ownership, or Villages residency. Please call the Customer Service Center at (352) 753-4508 for more information.
Gate Cards
If requesting replacement gate cards please bring in all cards issued to your home as gate cards are issued in duplicate and must also be re-issued in a duplicate set. If you have any questions regarding gate card keys, please call the Customer Service Center 352-753-4508.
