The Mission of the Purchasing Department is to provide fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the Districts and to provide like commodity and contractual services and procurement policies, rules, procedures and forms for all District Departments. Therefore, the Purchasing Department shall provide procurement services to the Districts and Departments at the appropriate quality and quantity in a timely manner and at the least cost to the residents while maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity.
