What this means for you

With the new system, you are able to:

  • Pay your utility bill anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal
  • Manage your account and view up to two years of payment history
  • Receive email or text reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and a confirmation after making a payment
  • Set it and forget it with AutoPay - save time and avoid late or missed payments
  • On the go? Use Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text message with your default payment method
  • Prefer the phone? You'll be able to use your landline or mobile device to make a payment using our secure, smart, 24/7 automated Pay by Phone feature
  • Additional Pay Options such as: Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Etc.

Pay Utility Bill Online

Please review the following information before making an online payment or viewing your account balance.

As a convenience to our customers, we offer the option of an online payment service using credit/debit cards or electronic check, through a third party vendor, InvoiceCloud.

Troubleshooting:

We have made a few adjustments to our Utility Billing Online Inquiry. Please see updates below:

  1. You can now search by the original criteria of service address, account number or name.
  2. We have used our billing software to show past history usage, including charts.
  3. As we are working on the PDF bills, via Invoice Cloud, please know we are working our best to get this feature updated.
New Payment Processing rates – Invoice Cloud:
  1. E-Check went from $1 with Point and Pay to $.95 with Invoice Cloud.
  2. Credit/Debit Card went from 2.3% with Point and Pay to 2.75% with Invoice Cloud.
  3. The changes with autopay have not changed. If you pay with your banking account (checking or savings) there is no fee. Same thing with BillPay services.

Accounts can be accessed either by Name, Address, or Account Number

Name – Enter the last name associated with the account

Address – Enter the street address (beginning numbers only)

Account Number - Enter the Complete Account Number including letter at the beginning - X000-0000-00

  • You DO put the beginning letter that appears in front of the account number (it will be either a L, V, N, C, or S). This is used to identify the utility company.
  • If you are having difficulty check your web browser security settings, sometimes these have been set at a higher level and dropping it down allows the access to occur.
  • Sign In – Not required at this time
  • Register – Not required at this time

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity.  Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
Public Records Custodian Florida has a very broad Public Records Law. Most written communications to or from State and Local Officials regarding State or Local business are public records available to the public and media upon request. Please forward requests to:
