District 5

Architectural Review Committee

Seeking an Alternate Committee Member.

Read Requirements
The applicant must be a full-time resident of District 5, have lived in The Villages for at least one year and attended a minimum of one (1) Architectural Review Committee meeting.  
 
Candidates are recommended to have education and/or experience in any of the following areas: architecture, ability to read site plans, residential/commercial construction, building management, deed restricted communities, landscaping, county code enforcement, etc.; however, this is not required. The required attendance for the alternate member is to attend the ARC meeting each week for the first four (4) weeks and monthly thereafter. The Committee meets weekly, on Wednesdays, for approximately 3 hours (8 AM to 11 AM).

Architectural Review Committee

Seeking a Primary Committee Member.

Read Requirements
The applicant must be a full-time resident of District 6, has lived in The Villages for at least one year, and attended a minimum of one (1) Architectural Review Committee meeting. Candidates are recommended to have education and/or experience in any of the following areas: architecture, ability to read site plans, residential/commercial construction, building management, deed restricted communities, landscaping, county code enforcement, etc.; however, this is not required.
 
This requires attendance at the ARC meeting every week for the first four (4) weeks and once every month thereafter. The Committee meets weekly, on Wednesdays, for approximately 3 hours (8:00 am until 11:00 am). If you are interested in becoming a primary member of the Architectural Review Committee for District 6, click on the header of this announcement for a copy of the application. Architectural Review Committee

The alternate applicant must be a full time resident of the Lady Lake/Lake County portion of The Villages north of County Road 466, have lived in The Villages for at least one year and attended a minimum of one (1) Architectural Review Committee meeting.

Candidates are recommended to have education and/or experience in any of the following areas: architecture, ability to read site plans, residential/commercial construction, building management, deed restricted communities, landscaping, county code enforcement, etc.; however, this is not required. The required attendance for the alternate member is to attend the ARC meeting every week for the first four (4) weeks and once a month thereafter. The Committee meets weekly, on Wednesdays, for approximately 3 hours (8 AM to 11 AM).

Amenity Authority

Responsible for amenity services north of C.R. 466 and provides input and recommendations to the Village Center Community Development District on issues related to the Recreation Amenities Division Fund.

Architectural Review

Maintains the high quality and consistency of the aesthetics and design of the residences and home sites found throughout The Villages.

Eastport Maintenance Advisory​​

Provides input, explores issues and offers advice and recommendations to the ECDD on issues related to the maintenance of Project Wide Improvements.

Investment Advisory​​

Provides advice and guidance to the District Financial Officer and the District Manager for investing the financial assets of the District.

Project Wide Advisory​

Provides input, explores issues and offers advice and recommendations to the SLCDD on issues related to the maintenance of Project Wide Improvements.
