The alternate applicant must be a full time resident of the Lady Lake/Lake County portion of The Villages north of County Road 466, have lived in The Villages for at least one year and attended a minimum of one (1) Architectural Review Committee meeting.
Responsible for amenity services north of C.R. 466 and provides input and recommendations to the Village Center Community Development District on issues related to the Recreation Amenities Division Fund.
Maintains the high quality and consistency of the aesthetics and design of the residences and home sites found throughout The Villages.
Provides input, explores issues and offers advice and recommendations to the ECDD on issues related to the maintenance of Project Wide Improvements.
Provides advice and guidance to the District Financial Officer and the District Manager for investing the financial assets of the District.
Provides input, explores issues and offers advice and recommendations to the SLCDD on issues related to the maintenance of Project Wide Improvements.
