While the Championship Courses and Golf Academy are owned and operated by the developer of The Villages, the Executive Golf Trail courses are owned and operated by the Village Center Community Development District and the Sumter Landing Community Development District.
Our Executive Golf Trails provide another great avenue for a Villager’s active lifestyle. They are supported and maintained by the amenities fees of the residents of The Villages, meaning Greens Fees are free for all residents of The Villages.
Use of a golf car does require a paid trail fee, which can be paid daily, semi-annually, or annually.
The Executive Golf Trail Pass offers you the convenience of using your personal golf car on all 40+ Executive courses, enhancing your golfing experience across the community.
